Computerheads is a Melbourne based company founded in 1999, that specialises in taking the worry out of Computer Support for corporate and Not for Profit small to medium sized  organisations. We have grown in the early days of providing local  support and solutions to also supporting our National client base.

Computerheads’ Managed Services offerings are designed to ensure that organisations are maximising their IT systems, whilst experiencing less IT disruptions and creating at the same time a stable and secure IT environment that can adapt efficiently to the ever changing business environment.

Brigette Sigley – Chief Executive Officer
Brigette founded the company 11 years ago and during that time she has seen the company have strong growth  each year.   Her role is to ensure that the service we deliver is always of the highest quality and that the IT infrastructure at our client sites runs efficiently.

Steven Cole – Technical Manager
Steven successfully manages the technical team and oversees the Projects division.  His experience spans 13 years in the ICT Technology arena working in roles ranging from:

  1. Senior Network Consultant Roles with Microsoft and Novell technologies.
  2. Project Consultant and IT Strategy and IT audits.
  3. Pre-Sales technical arena, presenting solutions to the relevant stakeholders before technology acquisitions.
  4. IT consulting and training experience with emphasis on Windows platforms and various Virtualization technologies (VMWare).
  5. Has completed senior level project and disaster recovery work with VMWare. Ranging from full hardware specifications, Server, SAN and Fabric install and configuration,  server migration, configuration of HA, DRS  and Disaster Recovery Strategy for clients including  Master Builders Association of  Victoria, The Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) and has implemented Hyper-V into Youth Hostels Australia (YHA)

Certifications: MCSE, CCSA/CCSE VCP and MCT
