Our qualified and friendly engineers will resolve your problems quickly and efficiently meaning your users are receiving immediate and effective responses.

At the end of each month we send you a Helpdesk Report that outlines the calls made, who placed them, who responded, related issues and resolutions. This means that we can put a proactive training policy in place for those individuals that need a little more training in certain areas.

Remote Control Software

Using remote control software we are able to solve your problems remotely, hassle free and quickly.

Onsite Engineers with personality

Computerheads offers you a competent engineer that not only has technical skills but also has "people" skills. All our engineers are trained in customer service skills so they can put the user at ease when solving their IT issues.

Keeping you informed - Documentation

We believe documentation is one of the keys to our superior quality service and our happy clients. At the end of each visit your engineer will document the procedures performed and recommendations for the next visit.

Account Management

Every client is assigned an Account Manager who will ensure that you are receiving an exceptional quality service and that your particular needs are being met. Your account manager will visit you on regular basis to look at ways we can continually deliver a better service.
