Each month we send you a Computerheads Helpdesk Report that outlines the calls made and the issues raised. We use this as a proactive tool to identify those individuals who may need a little more training in certain areas.

Our helpdesk is manned during business hours. If you need after hours support we offer individual pager support with a senior engineer waiting to take your call.
