How can this be achieved?

After an initial consultation and server audit where it is determined the type, amount and criticality of data recoverability, Computerheads will design an offsite recovery strategy. Image level backups of servers are then replicated at required intervals into our Datacentre. This provides a dedicated offsite datacentre location and the ability to have your virtual servers consolidated and recovered at any time. The Computerheads secure datacentre is located in St. Kilda Road, Melbourne.

Every month Computerheads will provide data set information to you for purposes of validation. In addition to this every three months Computerheads will perform a Virtual Server restore, to prove that servers can be recovered.

Your data is protected by having a copy stored in 3 places, onsite on the storage device, Computerheads Datacentre and stored in a co-location.

Customer requirements:

Customer must have appropriate Internet plan which allows for uploading required data to Computerheads Datacentre.

Minimum term is 12 months, 5% discount is offered for 24 months contract.

The Computerheads strategic team can also help you document your Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery plan for compliance purposes.
