The Computerheads technical team has a great wealth of knowledge ranging from low level network protocol analysis to high level security auditing. This enables Computerheads to provide our clients with technical services in addition to regular maintenance and computer support for our clients' computer networks.

Our methodology at Computerheads is to keep our steps simple and concise and to ensure that our client is updated. A Computerheads Project Manager will plan the project in conjunction with Engineers to ensure you have an accurate timeframe. In this phase we determine with you the most suitable time to perform the project so as to cause the least business disruption.

If required suitable hardware is scoped and recommended. We then have the Engineer implementing the new system document the existing system thoroughly to ensure a smooth and critical problem free change over.

The implementation is carried out according to a pre determined plan created by the Computerheads technical team. During and following the completion of the implementation, extensive testing is performed on the system to ensure a high level of robustness and reliability.
